Wood is another type of main material that the laser machine works on. Both cutting and engraving can be down very well. People use it to make artcraft, models for buildings or airplanes, or many other types. Most times, laser will burn wood , then wood surface will become black or yellow, for model making, black will be no problem but for common show, we have to take more attention.
There are many types of wood, some is very hard and some is soft. Laser cutting wood is only with good result for soft one, but for laser engraving, even hard wood will be with good result.
So when you want to do laser cutting wood, must be sure that we can do it with laser, and do it with good power, good speed. Too powerful will burn it, while small power can not cut it through.
